A: Monday through Sunday 6am – 9pm. 24 hour access available.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our Office and Store are open as follows:
9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday
CLOSED Sunday
Q: What temperature do you keep the climate controlled units at?
A: The climate controlled units temperature stays in between 65 degrees and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. You can also pay online on our website www.PuebloStorageSolutions.com.
Q: Why won't the gate open?
A: Make sure you enter the "*" key before your 4 digit security code and the "#" key after your security code. If you continue to experience problems you may have been denied access because your account is past due or there is potentially an issue with the gate, contact the manager.
Q: How much is the deposit to move in?
A: There is no deposit to move in. When you rent with us, we prorate your first month depending when during the month you move in and after that your lease goes month to month until you give us a 10 day notice that you are vacating. The only additional fee, besides rent, that you will see to move in your unit is a one time $15 clerical fee.
Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is payable till the 10th of the month. After the 10th you will be issued a $10 late fee.
Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation?
A: The day you reserve a unit is the day that you begin paying for the unit. Units are first come first served.
